Use of and access to certain areas and functions of the Site may be subject to additional restrictions. The Site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect, store, or solicit personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of 18. As a cybersecurity company, Nuasecurity, Inc. respects and values responsible security research. If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in the Site or any Company system, please report it to us at security@nuasecurity.com rather than attempting to exploit or publicly disclose it. Unauthorized testing, scanning, or probing of the Site or Company’s infrastructure is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable computer fraud and cybercrime laws.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF AND ACCESS TO THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, USA. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. The failure of either you or Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without Company’s express prior written consent. Company may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and its rights and obligations hereunder without your consent. You acknowledge and agree that you are not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venture of Company, and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind Company in any respect. These Terms inure to the benefit of Company’s successors, assigns, and licensees. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Company with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior discussions and agreements.

Company reserves the right to change the Site and/or these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If Company makes material changes to these Terms, we will post a notice on the Site at www.nuasecurity.com and/or provide notice by other reasonable means. If you use the Site in any way after a change to these Terms is effective, that use constitutes your agreement to all of the changes.
